MOMMY & ME – 18 months & 2 years old

This class requires that a parent assist and supervise their child in class. Under the instruction of a coach, children will use preschool-size equipment to learn basic motor movement and gymnastics skills. Some of the gymnastics skills taught are the bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. All skills will be presented in a fun and age appropriate manner and in a safe environment. Basic gymnastics and motor skills taught in this class include running, skipping, jumping, swinging, body positions, log rolls, forward and backward rolls, and tables. Children will also be taught basic social skills, such as listening, following instructions, and sharing, as well as incorporating fun and learning into our activities (colors, shapes, animals, etc.). These classes provide a great opportunity for a parent and child to bond and participate in skills and fun activities together as well as the opportunity to socialize with other children of the same age.

We have one National Champion and 7 others that placed in the top ten at Nationals. Power tumbling is a form of tumbling on a rod floor, which is a single strip that has a little more bounce to it than the gymnastics spring floor. We also compete on trampoline and double mini.
It's a fun and exciting sport that our athletes fall in love with!

We believe your child can achieve anything they set their mind to accomplish!
