This class is designed to teach the proper
technique of a series of back handsprings. Students should already
have a standing back handspring and a round off back handspring. In
this class they will perfect those skills and work to add a series of
back/front handsprings. When the athlete is ready we will introduce the
mechanics of a standing back tuck so that they are prepared to move to the next class.
